As\u00ed, el \u00edndice de referencia logra el valor <strong>m\u00e1s bajo, no solo de todo 2024<\/strong>, sino <strong>hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y se acerca a la cifra de enero y febrero de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"min-height:396px\" id=\"datawrapper-vis-ETbOU\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\" defer src=\"https:\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ETbOU\/embed.js\" charset=\"utf-8\" data-target=\"#datawrapper-vis-ETbOU\"><\/script><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif,GIF89a%01%00%01%00%80%00%00%00%00%00%FF%FF%FF%21%F9%04%01%00%00%00%00%2C%00%00%00%00%01%00%01%00%00%02%01D%00%3B\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ETbOU\/full.png\" alt=\"- Housfy\" title=\"- Housfy\"><\/noscript><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-313113e91638075cb511b478546c81c4\">a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este resultado del eur\u00edbor ha supuesto la <strong>cuarta bajada del a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y la tercera consecutiva. Asimismo, el <strong>\u00faltimo valor diario del \u00edndice ha sido del 3,39%<\/strong>, el m\u00e1s bajo, con diferencia, de todo julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, a pesar de ser un<strong> descenso significativo<\/strong> por la evoluci\u00f3n del eur\u00edbor en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, no podemos hablar de una gran disminuci\u00f3n mensual, pues la vivida en junio fue de <strong>0,03 puntos<\/strong>, y la anterior, de mayo a abril, de<strong> 0,023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[irp posts=\u00bb57159&#8243; name=\u00bbMenos hipotecas y de menor importe: este es el tipo de inter\u00e9s medio en Espa\u00f1a\u00bb]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con el eur\u00edbor de julio de 2024 las hipotecas seguir\u00e1n experimentando rebajas en sus cuotas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que el eur\u00edbor de julio de 2024 haya disminuido a m\u00ednimos supone una gran noticia para los hipotecados, pues contin\u00faan las <strong>reducciones en las cuotas de todas las <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/housfy.com\/hipoteca\/hipotecas-variables\"><strong>hipotecas<\/strong> <strong>variables<\/strong><\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/housfy.com\/hipoteca\/hipotecas-mixtas\"><strong>mixtas<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellas que tengan ahora una revisi\u00f3n anual y, por tanto, tengan como referencia el valor del eur\u00edbor en <strong>julio de 2023<\/strong>, son las que<strong> mayor rebaja vivir\u00e1n<\/strong>, pues el eur\u00edbor se encontraba entonces en un<strong> 4,149%<\/strong>.
